All is good in Hooterville this morning, in spite of his stinky pinky bouncy lastnight :roll: That was quite the bounce for him :o
He is feeling good tho. His bouncing never seems to make him feel bad. I think were very lucky ;-)
All 5 P's, appy and attitude are good :-D

What a great Catio!! I've always wanted to have one but cost of materials and someone who knows how to use a hammer make it impossible (although I'd never thought of using lattice)That's a great idea but I'd still not be able to afford someone to build it. I have a back porch a lot like yours. My back door opens out onto a small porch and then there's a long staircase down to the back yard.

Your kitties look like they're really enjoying it too, especially exploring in the pots. Is that cat grass?

Hope Hoot clears that icky bounce quickly, and you all have a wonderful Sunday!

I LOVE your catio Pam! Very clever using lattice and incorporating the tree for climbing. I have been looking at tons of catio ideas online and never thought about lattice. Your kitties look very happy out there, and I'm curious too if that is cat grass in the big pots?

Thanks for all the great Catio compliments :-D DH did such a great job! Maybe he could start a Catio building business :lol:
That grass in the tubs is just weeds. I used to plant veggies in them but didn't have the time this year and the grass took over, so I just left it there for the cats.
Hoot really loves it since thats the only grass he has access to.

All 3 cats used the new cat door from the Catio today...with a lot of bribing with treats...but they did it :lol: :lol:

This is so great! they won't try to jump off the deck? I saw they were on the railing. I have an elevated deck like that and would have thought they would try to get off there. Mine also gets much closer to the ground at a point as it is on a slope.

Very nice! Lucky kitties..!!

No Betty, they don't try at all to jump off. It's about 24ft high. It's pretty high looking down from it...even for a cat :lol:

Wow! This is awesome! Did the cats act like they wanted to jump down or climb the tree? This is making me think we should enclose our whole deck in lattice! :lol: Wonderful job!

Edit: Oh, I see you already answered my question about jumping off. Good thing they know better not to. Our civie once jumped out of the 3rd story window of my friend's apartment. He goes to great lengths to get outside.

WOOT! We have a catio! I really like this, and it has given me dome ideas on what I could do here at home. I'd really like to be able to let Lola out, and Bug too. but I just do not trust her. She will be all over the yard. So - something like this would be nice for her, and Bug too.

And you are welcome on the photo thing. I'm glad it all worked out for you. :cool:

What a nice cycle tonight for Hoot too! I see green. You surf well for your bean Hoot, 'K?

Yeah, we just had to figure out how to have it all the same height and make sure there was nothing they could jump on or over or down to.
I spent many hours lying in bed thinking about this :lol:
It's funny because Hoot can't wait to go out on it in the morning, but the girls are like WTH, we're trapped out here :roll: :lol:
