I kind of figured Simon would be in the red this morning because of the combination of his lows yesterday, eating HC food all day, and only 1 unit of insulin given in the PM. Hopefully, he will clear this big bounce quickly and can get back on track. He is feeling well this morning and ate all his fuds. He is still on cerenia, Pepcid, ondansetron, and fluids 2x/day. I think he is feeling much better and I hope the bad stuff is behind us.

I am off to yoga and then back to the house to tackle more cleaning out stuff in my house. Not a pleasant job. This year, DH and I have decided not to decorate much for Christmas because we are not hosting it our house this year. It should help decrease my stress level immensely. :-D

Yuck! I had to beg Simon to eat some Wellness for me. He is now used to the gravy lovers food and doesn't want to go back to the healthy stuff. He finally finished all of it after following behind him with the dish and encouraging him to eat.

Hi Georgia.

I know what you mean. I've been struggling to get my Civvie, Harvey, to eat all morning. I finally got out some FF, which is too high in phosphorus for him, and of course, he inhaled it! Why do our kitties prefer the stuff that is the worst for them? I mean, people don't do that, do we? :lol:

I'm glad Simon seems to be feeling better. You have really done a great job with him. Now Simon, it' s your turn! Show Mama you appreciate her by bringing those numbers down!

Very glad Simon is feeling better.

Seems to me the best solution for all that ails anyone is.....chocolate cake! Certainly not celery and carrots :lol: :lol:
