Previously

I backed off the Prozinc a tad in case the high 400s were due to too much insulin; kept the Lantus at 1 unit.

I won't be able to get a mid-day test as I have an medical appointment then. Tonight, my friend will be testing and shooting, as I have rehearsal. Its concert h*ll week, with Tuesday - Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon booked. I'm taking Thursday 7 Friday off from work!

Do you still have a hair on your head? I would have pulled all mine out long ago. Perhaps you need to sit down and have a face to face talk with him and just ask "OK, Spitzer, what's it going to take? Here's the vial, take what you need...."
It did look better at 1.6, but it almost seems like the PZI and L are working against each other than being a tag team. Yesterday was a real curve, best in a long time as far as shape goes. The curve on the 21st was good, but that was with R, just before you started Lantus. I'm at a total loss.

Its almost like a dose works ... and then his body has to reject it. This makes me wonder about Insulin Auto-Antibodies

And now that you mention it... seems like there's a lot more gray on my head!
 
well, from the male point of view....grey is much better than gone! I went for a haircut today. Told her to "cut out all the grey"....didn't leave much. :o
