Happy US Thanksgiving! We are so grateful for you all, for sharing your experience with FD, reading our posts and providing support of all kinds. :YMHUG:

An exciting morning here with Stella Senior tripping the trap late last night and Trapper Jewel relocating her very early this morning. We have paws crossed that's it for now but just like Zener's BG numbers, we never know what to expect! :lol: There hasn't been too much kitty protest about the lack of night yard patrol since the weather has been in the 20s after dark.

We had a wee appearance of the greens last night, not sure if it was the added juice or it just was. :lol: Zener has his usual less than happy AM appy but is resting comfortably in a sunny spot in the window in MamaLizBean's office where he can watch birds at the feeder and walkers go by.

Wishing all in LL a calm and drama free day full of purrs. cat_pet_icon

I hope Zener turns things around and comes back down soon. Hopefully that's it on the skunk visits. Have a great Thanksgiving.

I was so glad to read that no one got skunked and this was more of a re-homing adventure.

Now that the NYC parade is over and the balloons have flown, will someone get the ropes off those balloons and lasso Zener? :roll:

@Wendy & Neko - Trapper J is a pro at the skunk re-homing! A few summers ago, she trapped 11, not all at once of course. :lol: We have occasional outbreaks of rabies in skunks and foxes in our area, so any skunk acting aggressive toward our kitties gets to move. Z's appy picked up a bit as the day went on. :smile:

@Michelle - you are so right - Zener thinks he is going to be in the parade! :lol:

@Marje & Gracie - thanks for your very kind words. :YMHUG: No downward movement yet, but as Michelle writes "what goes up must come down". Paws crossed for some control on the down switch!

@carla - Zener needs some directions from his LL aunties on which way to go. :lol:

@Sienne - good grief, Zener is chasing balloons today. No one got the skunk treatment thank goodness. The kitties are very leery now after the hiss and spit encounter with Stella I. Stella II was a little more skittish but still not all that "wild". Trapper J aka Liz dropped Stella II off in the same area of the forest, so hopefully they will find each other and migrate to the gate community.

Poo patrol has temporarily switch from chasing the elusive poo to being on the lookout for skunk visitors.

Great news that noone has been skunked this time around! Zener, I think everyone would be thankful on this day if you were to slide down a couple rainbow stripes. You're pretty high up there kitty-o :shock:

I hope there will be no more aggressive skunk eating Zener's food!

I'm glad his appetite got better.
