Radar didn't eat much last night so he was really really hungry this morning. He tried to eat the corner of a box, he licked some tape and a shoe but just couldn't eat catfood that was in his dish. So we syringed 17 units of food while he purred and helped us by licking the drips. :cat: The LB is looking and smelling really good today with nicely formed sausages. When I tested him just now at plus 4 he was a very pretty 174. He's curled up on the bed now under his blanket for his morning nap. I feel so much more relaxed about his progress. :) We'll be visiting with family today and now I'll be able to enjoy their company so much more without feeling like I need to check on the cat constantly. :joyful:

I'm so grateful for this fine community of caring people who so generously give their time and energy to help each other care for their furry babies. What a blessing this is for all of us. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

That's quite a drop from his AMPS this morning! Will he eat anything you leave down for him this afternoon? He sounds hungry, but perhaps doesn't like the food? Can you check him again before you leave? He appears to be on a downward trajectory - just want to make sure he knows when to stop...

Tell Mr. Beautiful that Luci is watching him from the lagoon and wants company...but no shark chasing allowed!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving Jan! I hope he'll eat a little turkey later, maybe?
