lots going on.. and just been resting us both, the holiday.. (also i was tripped and had a really bad fall last week.. had to get xrays.. not a fun time.. just ugh.) just been trying to take it easy.. could use it.

but we doing ok.
the past few days been really nice for rest..
tho Peanut is still thirsty.. it really troubles me. and pottying.. still assessing. we dont know why.

also.. the reduction (amlodipine).. my cat has been brought back to life. i didnt realize how sleepy and lethargic he was; so grumpy too.. his appetite is better, hes much more alert and awake…… and his numbers still been ok. it was probably taking him too low. i had reservations about increasing but they insisted we should. i could scream..

anyway got the BP machine, an appt Monday w his primary.. will see how numbers look. gonna tinker around w it.. see if he lets me take any readings.

Let me know how you do with the BP machine. We got one and using it on the arm was a no-go. But then I see videos of people using it on the base of the tail, haven’t tried that yet.

I’m curious too about a good BP machine that works well. My vet doesn’t want to do a BP check since she’s a crazy cat at the vet

the vet used it on the tail.. I don't know how the machine works, where exactly to place it on the cuff to get the artery right, etc.. so going to vet to check it out today.

tysm.... it's been a rough road. my knee, and left side had pains going here and then there.. my knee was just wrecked. still recovering. :/

he certainly is!!! I'm noticing tho a change in numbers.. which I anticipated. not too bad, but it was contributing for sure, but oh well.. oh well. can't be helped. some medicine is better than none. we just can't go back there.. the side effects were too bad. I also think it was too much, maybe brought him pretty low cuz he was grouchy. trying to see on a happy medium.. his numbers now aren't bad either, but again change noticeable. it was really good but it was also hard managing at times.. and unpredictable. but obviously good. again oh well. anyway most of all I'm just glad he's feeling better. and numbers really ain't bad. but we're seeing how this goes though cause everything has been novel.. seeing how things go as they adjust. how this is, really.. increased back up a little today. going to vet to check out the cuff.... machine arrived.
