Yesterday was a blue day and mostly green night. Not sure what shade of neon green she got into in the wee hours! :shock:

So this morning was full of drama. First of all, I wake up with light shining through the windows. I had fully intended to get a +7.5 last night given the drop. I messed up setting my phone alarm and slept through to morning. :oops: So then I go to start the AMPS routine and I get a 40! :o :o :shock: :shock: :shock: Several deep breaths later, I retest and get a 56. Gulp! One of those tests is wrong or she's zooming up fast, but I wanted to make sure she was coming up before shooting that low. I took a break, listened to whining cats for 15 minutes then retested again and then she got her shot.

I took a bit of a reducie this morning. Not sure exactly if that 40 was correct. There was some double dipping on the test. But even if it was just the 56 that was correct, I really don't know where she went the rest of the night. This is the scenario I've been worrying about with Lev and Neko's tendency to have nadir at PS time. If she is low then, any feeding is going to seriously mess with shot times.

Neko seems none the worse for wear. Much more relaxed than I am this morning. :lol: :lol: I am now fully awake.

oh my.... and WOW! Well that is cause for waking quickly. I had a few of those with Mannie too. It gets ones attention really fast. I am glad to see Neko coming yup some, and will hope for a great surf. Hope all work out OK, sounds like it has.

Wow...Gracie has decided to send her soul sista her "Drama Queen" crown for day or so. But only a day or so.

You know, with lev....I quit worrying about feeding at shot time if she's low. Ok...call me bad. But I know Gracie....ok...most of the time (because obviously I didn't know she was going to dive several nights ago). I just feed, shoot, test. But Neko may be a little different.

Looks like she is having a very lovely day!!!

Here's hoping she can surf here for a while. I am away for PS tonight, so DH will be in charge. I don't want him to have to deal with drama.

@Michelle - I didn't need any of Elsa's coffee to wake up this morning for sure. But btb got skipped so I could use some now. :lol: We had a bit of sun earlier. Now it's cloudy but still fairly warm (for November).

@Marje - Drama Queen crown is yours for the taking. Maybe I'll ship it back expedited. ;-) I worry about Neko throwing me an under 50 at PS time, which she might have done today and having to feed HC. Also, if she is relatively low but not too low, her regular LC fuds can get Ms. Pancreas up and working. The acrocat just adds an extra degree of fun. :roll:

@Carla - Yup, that was a quick wake up. :shock: Neko decided greens were better than blues today.

Drama seems to be contagious around here! That's a heck of a wake up call Wendy, but looks like it worked out well :-D Enjoy your night out!

:shock: That's one way to wake up quickly!! It's nice Neko hasn't shot up too high after whatever was going on last night! I hope she provides a nice drama-free night while you're out!

I was out shopping for cat treats after +7 and got stuck in a massive traffic jam. All I could think was "can you guys get out of my way, I need to test my cat". :lol: :lol: Fortunately she eases down fairly slowly with Lev but I was still feeling sick to my stomach as I inched along. At that 65, she got a bit of a gravy topper on her snack. I had to leave for my meeting and didn't know when DH would get home. I guess that explains her PMPS.

@Rhiannon - I love it when she can do flat green, just wish she'd do it all the time! Drama I can do without.

@Kim - Not my favourite way to wake up. :shock: Too many drama kings and queens around here. :lol: Night out was an AGM meeting - it was OK, there was an interesting presentation.

@Amy - I much prefer an alarm clock to wake up, if I could ever set it right (AM vs PM). :roll: Neko often saves her bounce for a cycle or two later. DH didn't have to deal with drama. ;-)

@Nancy - I'm desperately trying to send the drama queen crown down to Tucson. :lol: :lol: Darn public holidays. ;-)

@Mariko - It did turn out to be a nice cycle, even with a short delay. I boosted her at the end, but it still was not a bad PMPS.
