Good Morning LL! Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! We've been absent from the board for several days, and I must say it feels like months.
I haven't checked Muffin's bg for 5 days
but apparently all is still well! I've been having trouble getting her to eat enough the last couple of days. Yesterday all she would eat is turkey until late last night she finally ate a little cat food. This morning she was able to go out and eat grass (it's been raining here lately) and I fully expected it to come back up, but so far it hasn't. So the plan for today is either get the syringe back out or give 1/4 tab cypro. Her appetite seems pretty good, she's into everything I eat. I have to share everything with her, or she just helps herself :lol: She has a new favorite - chicken pot pie from KFC just makes her crazy. But in spite of all that, she is still feeling feisty and energetic. I'm still referree - ing (?) between her and the drooler. Last night she was chasing her tail on the desk and when I would burst out in laughter, she'd stop and bathe - like "I didn't do that" Then she'd go at it again. She found a balled up receipt and was carrying that in her mouth from room to room and playing with it. And she's sleeping in the bed with me every night now that it's gotten so cold.
She's my right hand gal, my little shadow, always right with me no matter where I am. I am truly blessed and thankful to have her in my life.
Anyway, like I said, I'm a bit behind on LL news, but I do know that Rusty comes to his furever home today with Ella and Edward and I couldn't be happier for all of them! Muffin can't wait for his welcome party, she's muttering about being on the kitchen krew and watching out the window for Mannie to come get her. She's worried she's going to miss it and she misses all her LL friends!
