I wish I could figure out the magic number that would maybe keep her from hitting what is arguably a good number so early in the cycle. I know that every cat is different, and sometimes they nadir early, I just worry because I should be going in to work around +2, and I never know if it is the nadir, or if she's gonna continue to drop low until +5 or so.

I hope everyone has a good Tuesday, and the kitties all surf safely.

I totally empathize. Mikan has acquired a habit of dropping sharply around +2.5ish.
I've tried feeding her at +1 but it has not moderate the drop yet.
It almost looks like Mikan's in a big hurry to get down to the normal range as soon as she can!
I've been telling her, if that is the case, just stay there. Don't come back up
But you know how they are. They have to do things their way

Well that was an unexpected PMPS based on her +10. I'll be home to monitor, because I definitely wasn't expecting a drop like that during that part of the cycle.

I totally get what you are asking, Alicia! I am equally confused about this same issue. I just never know if we are at the nadir Now, or is it around the bend??
If you figure it out, please let me know. I’m stumped.
