Clare's bouncing today, or maybe we need to go up a notch in insulin - a "skinny" 0.5 instead of a "fat" 0.25. I'll try to be patient and give it another day to see if she can come down on this dose.
We had a lazy day today, puttering around the house and working off the food from yesterday. I'm trying to sort through the piles of papers and books I've collected around the house. And I'm missing my Mom -- DH and I hosted Thanksgiving for the family at her house in NH last year. She was able to be cared for there during her final months and it was such a blessing for all of us. This year, because of cat care here and the nor'easter out east (where most of my sibs are now), the family was all split up. I hope we'll gather again next Thanksgiving.
