Another "HI" the day after the dose increase. That really ticks me off. Where's Lori with her reassuring words when I could use them?
 
Is HI 600 on your meter?
Generally when you start fighting the antibodies built by a high dose condition, they fight back. That's what I was talking about the other day in HD.. You just gotta push through it. Once you overtake them, things will calm down tremendously. (((hugs))) I know it sucks but it won't be forever.

I miss Lori too, things just aren't the same around the neighborhood any more.

Oh I hate the end of holidays... My sweet dd just left to go back to college for the finals push. I miss her :(
anyway

2 things she mentioned while home was
that she had a diabetic patient that requested her insulin be given after lunch, because it feels crappy to have blood sugar drop.
She also said that they taught her in class that, frequently patients do not have any idea that their readings are very high.

these two things made me wonder if these observations have a lot to do with
why cats that are accustomed to high numbers are SO Stinking hard to bring down into better numbers.

well - Charlie is consistent with his dislike of our attempt to sneak him down.
Tomorrow should look a bit better.

Sorry your daughter left, Nancy. I hope you'll get to see her again around Christmas! I hope my dd never leaves, but I'm sure I'll feel differently in 18 or so years!
 
Actually your PMPS is lower than your last test. Your PMPS is more than 100 points lower than your AMPS.

Looks like progress to me, can you get another test in befor bedtime?
 
Well he just ate now at +2, and I'm off to bed in about an hour. I can try for a +3.5 or maybe 4. Yeah, the day ended better than I thought it would. Maybe tomorrow he'll really do something nice!
