Yesterday

Squallie is full of himself today. He's been a real snugglebug the past day or so, too, probably just because it's chilly in my house, but I'll take it, whatever the reason, lol. He ate all his brekkies in record time this morning, but since The Houseguests Incident he's been back on the appy stimulants.

Whatever works, right? Civvie, Toki, is my daughters' cat and loves them to the point of obsession, but DH & I are pretty much furniture to her. She's mostly only interested in the two of us when she is cold, then she transforms into a lap cat! We accept every time!

Have you tried to cut back on the appy stimulant? He’s looking really good!

He was off it completely and eating really well until Thanksgiving when we had houseguests. Apparently that really threw him off his stride, and it was hard to get him to eat at all. So he's back on the appy meds now, but I'm hoping to be able to take him off again after a couple of weeks.

Thanks, Carla, me too. But if he has to stay on the appy meds I can live with that. Anything so long as he eats! He worried me so much over Thanksgiving when he wouldn't eat!
