Yesterday

Another AM nose dive cycle. Not quite as bad as 2 nights prior. I let her eat most of weruva omg charm me 9% pouch when that 58 reared its head. Hoping to ward off a big bounce, but one may be brewing given the uptick starting in middle of PM cycle despite 3% being highest carb eaten.
