I was going to do a curve ... and had a fur shot on the ProZinc, so it wouldn't be accurate. D*mn.

I may need to add a bit of something, if he's high.

I'm pretty sure it was a through and through, based on the +3. It hasn't moved! The Lantus is keeping it from getting too high.

I gave him 0.8 ProZinc to help cover it; I seriously doubt he could drop to the mid-100s at +6 as he did yesterday when he got the full dose of everything.

It is so nice to be able to add some in! You just can't do that with Lantus!

Tonight, to get back on track, I could short the ProZinc since there might be some overlap up to 3 hours OR I could use a full can of the Purina Pro Plan, or a mix of both options.

If you can tweak using food, I'd go that route. Everything in the equation can't be a variable.

Well it can, but it would probably require calculus, and/or matrix algebra, and/or differential equations.

Lets not go there, shall we?

I figure the replacement half dose of ProZinc may kick in a little at +9 if it kicks in at all.

LOL, nope, don't want to go "there" either. That's "make believe" math! Everything can be a variable, but then you can just make up the answers to fit the equation. Too much like "A Beautiful Mind", I think the movie was called? Where Russel Crowe did all his math on the windows and walls?
Sort of like how they set tax rates!

pfftt! He keeps squirming!!! I think I got most of the ProZinc in this time, though.

And back on track 280 @ +3 on the night cycle.

He's eating heartily and there is food out multiple places, plus the combo of 1 unit Lantus and 1.6 units ProZinc didn't take him lower than the mid-100s at a lower starting point, so I think he should be OK.
