Off that a trampoline now Taffy!! Nice that he hit those greens..the more he checks them out the more his liver will recognize them as a cool place to hang out!
Remember, the dose is based on where his nadir or lowest number is so don't freak out about the higher preshot number.:bighug:

Yes, but where and when is his nadir??? Do you never really figure out timing? Just looking for the low #s, no matter when they hit? Aha!

Last post from yesterday: "Well he just woke me up for snack. So I checked him at 302 @ +7.5" And LC tiny snack at his insistence.

This morning: Early wake up for a PM +10.5 @ 300

I always joke that on Lantus, Neko's nadir was reliably somewhere between +3 and +13. :p Though most often between +7 and +9. These cats do have a mind of their own.:cat: And when they are breaking a bounce, the nadirs tend to be later. And the nadir is the lowest point in any one cycle. Some kitties are more predictable than others.

I am glad you shot that full dose last night. You got a lot of valuable data form it. Now, get off that trampoline Taffy!
 
I'll be testing, of course, but I think I'll be okay for my lunch thing. (Although I would love not to go...sshhh!) Unless Taffy decides to show off one of his high dives a little early today!

I did give him a snack, even added a little gravy. Couldn't get out of my lunch, so I'm not home for a bit...nail biter...

Maybe 1-1.5 hour. It'll be fine.
 
Nice +6, could you make a note on his ss in the remarks section that you gave a little gravy at+3, it helps to know what you did in a cycle with regards to food when trying to read his ss, the numbers and the insulin is one side of the equation, the food is the other:cool::cool:

?? Is there a way to "Bookmark" posts or comments that you may want to read again? I see that "permalink" pops up when I scroll over the post #s at the bottom right of posts. what does this do? Also, can I search just in my threads?
 
Looks like he may be bouncing again from the fast drop today (or from getting to low blue)....or both

The "permalink" gives you a way to get the exact link to a particular post in a thread....so if you want to (for example) post a particular comment in someone else's thread, or want someone to pay special attention to a particular comment in your own thread (like you want to bring special attention to it in your thread tomorrow or at another time) you can get the link to that specific comment
