It's been 2 weeks for Nestle on this dose. I haven't been adjusting it cause I was working this week and the weekend and I didn't want to mess around with it knowing I wouldn't be home to test and supervise him. This week I will be home more and therefore I'm wondering what our next step should be and when.
Should I consider a reduction soon?

Yes, I would consider today day 6 in normal numbers. If he gives you another day (tomorrow) in normal numbers, you could try a reduction the day after.
