Gracie's 11/24 Condo

Happy Day before Turkey Day!!! Sending many healing vines to all in need including Simon, Clyde, Sasha, Harley, Minka, Carla, Amy's Dad.
Gracie is doing well today; it's been a quiet day for us all because we had quite the PJ Party last night. She and I are both tired. Mike had to be up early to go to work and he was a SAINT and did all the T/F/S so I could sleep in a bit but the phone range at 9 and I couldn't go back to sleep. When I woke up, Gracie was all snuggled in on one side and Tobey on the other. We keep it pretty cold in our room at night so they are in major snuggling mode.
Hated to test so much last night but she's been a diver on this dose before and we wanted to catch it so we could flatten it out and hopefully stop a big bounce. She had a super night.
I think I am going to have to use the Soulistic Good Karma very judiciously because I think it kind of "builds up" in her a bit and then really causes a BG spike. I really would like to get her off canned food as much as possible. I thought perhaps I'd try her on Honest Kitchen first (dehydrated raw) to see how she does. It is 10% calories from carbs. So far, she likes it but I've only been giving her a little here and there. I'm hoping if I can get her on that for a bit, perhaps I can then move her over to the Primal raw that Tobey gets without it being too rich for her.
Still no word on the investigation to see who might have shot Lily. I'm sure it will take more time since we have the holidays right on us. Thanks, Tara, for posting on that condo. We still have not seen Joey around and hope that Lily is not Joey but Lily seemed so much smaller and the timing just didn't seem correct. When I know for sure if it was/was not Joey, we're going to do a memorial brick for her at the Tucson Wildlife Center. She should be remembered and I know we will never forget her courage and grace in light of such grievous injuries.
