Chispa woke me up for a snack at PM+11.25, so rather than making her wait and risking an empty stomach barf, I tested her to get a non-food-influenced preshot. Her BG went from 127 at +11.25 to 117 AMPS, 20 minutes after the snack (I moved her shot time up by 25 minutes).

Thanks Diane! Interesting day today. I got a phone call from my sister and turned off the +2 snack alarm when it went off, then ended up forgetting until +2.75. If I ever doubted the effects of the +2 snack, her snackless 57 at +2.75 took care of that. Forty/five minutes later she was up to 78.
I expected more of a bounce tonight —127 is not so bad.

It sure was! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve seen a number like that in the daytime.
