11/25 Ollie PMPS 219, +4 184

Not sure if I should increase Ollie's dose. We are starting to get yellow PS and losing the green nadirs. He was doing well on 1.25u...maybe go back up to it? What would you do?

Personally, I would do just what you are doing, ask for advice . Good luck with whatever you decide to do. It's distressing to see numbers go higher consistently.

Hi Patsy,

Your instincts are good, I would increase to 1.25u. FWIW, I would keep a close eye on those nadirs and increase a bit sooner next time he starts creeping up. Since you do a great job monitoring, you can be more aggressive with pushing the range down. Keep up the good work!

I fattened the dose tonight instead of going up a full 0.25u. I keep going back and forth in my mind about increasing or maybe he's bouncing. I keep looking at his spreadsheet looking for an answer to show itself. :?
