I thought the secretary said she wouldn't be in today or the rest of the week so I didn't call this morning. She ended up calling me, worried that something was wrong with Leroy
Leroy's fine. The vet looked at that laser therapy thing I sent him and said it might work on Leroy's wound but he doesn't have experience with laser therapy. One of the surgeons might but they're out for the week. I told the secretary that they can use Leroy as a guinea pig to see if it works or not 
Ginger's tumor is necrotic and smells
She has to be PTS tonight 
I may go to the vet hospital location closer to me than trekking all the way into the city. I don't like going to the closer location because it's down a loooonnnggg desolate stretch of road with only warehouses and office buildings 
But ER wait time is shorter since not many people go there. Penelope's tumor is still ok for now. I'll get Leroy settled with dinner and meds and then take Ginger.

I did end up going to the other location. She got taken to the back within minutes but then an emergency came in and bumped Ginger off the priority list. So it was a bit of a wait.
I'm sure you made her last moments special and comfortable for her. 
I took a few pics but I won't post them. The hospital had a neat thing: a battery operated candle on the front desk that they turn on when someone's pet is passing and a sign next to it to ask people to be respectful when the candle was on. The main location doesn't have one since the lobby is huge.
Ginger was lucky to have you. She's resting and watching over all of you now
