Good morning
Can't wait for Barista Mannie's delicious espresso special! Yesterday was lots of unpacking and being so tired from moving day. I did a lot, then zoned in front of the TV for several hours, then did some more. All but a couple boxes unpacked, need to put up pictures, but the bulk is DONE!!! dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat
Leo has settled in pretty quickly - he was under the bed a little less, and after I stopped banging around boxes, he came out and acted like Normal Leo! Played, preened, jumped all over me in the chair, and sat on the arm and leaned over to rub my cheeks with his head. ::swoons:: Mommy loves her boy! He stalked a lot last night - his mousie and rat, and occasionally his nanner. He's wandering around right now annoyed that he didn't get liver for his +11 test. He lately started to turn up his nose at the freeze-dried salmon treats. :shock: :sad: :sad: He better get off his high horse on that one PDQ.
I hope everyone is doing well. I have to go clean up the old place today while Leo is bouncing this morning. I hope to visit more tonight after I find my battery charger!
I'm glad everyone got such a laugh out of the Box Spring Destruction event! Hey, anything that allows men to justify pulling out power tools, right? :lol: :lol: :lol:
Michelle - yes, we got to relax a little at the end of the day. Thanks on your wishes for good luck here - I think it will be good. Only small scratches from the field mice last night, so no drama yet!

Michelle - glad you liked the condo - I like to write the fun stuff and keep the memories of adventures. The mice situation should be interesting, especially when his wall steps come in!
Mannie DUDE! - the bean is leaving today - come get me for FUNS! It's cold and windy. brrr. I still has the back door at home, but with dis NEW place, I only gots my window to sneak out. I have to jump HARD to get up there! But it has MOUSIES! I can catch some for the road. The going-in door has TWO DOORS! Das MUCH harder for sneakings! Get me at the window ~Leo

Ollie - dude - when are those wall-climby-uppie-thingies coming??? I need some HBO in this place!! ~Leo
Marje - thanks - it's going to be good I think. But, again, you predicted Leo's dive off the high board. I wondered if I was in for a long night, but after a 330 at +4, I shut down the +6 alarm. Eeesh, 500 this morning? Seriously Leo?
Carla - yes, I hope this bodes well for car rides to come!!! We got sleep last night, I did hear a little field mice action, but it either died down, or I was out like a log. Both I think. Whew I'm zoned this morning.
Ann - Leo listened. In spades (as in like, actual BLACK spades. Or clubs, too). He at ALL THREE DINNERS COMPLETELY. That's unusual, and actually the first full means he's eaten in days and days. Maybe that contributed to the black. I dunno. Stinker.
Sienne - Yeah, he's got me trained for early testing. He gets some bouncies going on like Gracie, but luckily it was a false alarm. I guess I should have suspected this, as the yellow looked like the start of the bounce clear, and tested around +9 to see if he was heading down quickly.
Deborah - yeah, the box spring was a riot! I was tempted to get a picture, but they were already wedged in there and it looked like they weren't in terrific moods at that point, so I let them be. But a still shot of the wedged bed and power tools would have been a keeper!
Barb - thanks for saying you like the condos. I really do hope Leo is good here. And thank you so much for your wish that I do good here too. That was really kind of you and hit a soft spot in my heart.
