Yeah for green!:D And a very safe green too.

I think it's a little early to say what to do. There is a possibility he'll bounce from that green and be very safe. Don't feed any more carbs, I want to see what he's doing on his own. At what + times can you get a test tomorrow after his shot? I imagine it'll be before company comes.
 
I can monitor some up until +6 or +7 while I’m doing other things, then company gets here around +7. I could try and sneak away to get another one before PMPS. Which times would be best for me to get? I won’t feed any more carbs until his evening dose. I probably over did it but I was cooking today and was trying to avoid so much testing. I got a little anxious though so I probably fed too much and ended up testing anyway.
 
I'm sure he didn't complain about the extra food. :) I found it helpful to note amounts on my spreadsheet too. So I could figure out if 1 tsp or 2, or 1/2 of higher carb would do the job next time I saw lower numbers.

That +3 this morning gave you a good heads up that he was diving.
 
Lol. No he definitely didn’t complain about the extra food today. I will try to put amounts from now on. I’m still trying to learn about how to keep his BG stable and try to prevent bouncing as much. Putting food amounts will help me know more about how he reacts to carb amounts so that’s a great idea. He probably will bounce anyway like you said. Thanks Wendy!
 
Dang it! After all of that, I ended up with a fur shot. The needle went in but somehow the insulin leaked out. I don’t know what happened! Ugh!:arghh: Makes me so mad at myself!

Yep it’s just so frustrating that he made so much progress today and now he’s probably bouncing and I gave a stupid fur shot….nothing I can do about it now. We will get through tomorrow and hopefully he won’t be on the moon all day.
