11/24 LOOSE LIPS: Happy Sunday LL!!

Good Morning LL! (YUM! I Love coffee!), and Happy Sunday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! Lola and Bug are very busy resting.... They say Sunday is sleep in day... I dunno - I really think they are gearing too much funs at the Full Moon party. Yupp! That's it! well ok then! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. For my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....... SWEET!, and perfect for a fall day. OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts standard with every delivery!

I hope everyone had a great Caturday. Mine was catch up day, and I didn't get alot done, just shopping, and some laundry. The weatehr has warmed a little, but is still chilly and frozen in the morning: 32 out there, maybe 45 by late afternoon. At least there is no rain! Here's what In wrote last night abut the day: "Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great afternoon. Not much new here... I shopped, did a few chores, the laundry, then a walk to the woods, and the creek. It really was a nice afternoon there, we even had sun! I only found 4 fish on the run in the creek today, really beat up ones. Well at least they made it that far. I wished I'd stayed for the sunset tonight. It was gorgeous: lots of reds and oranges, a little pink, lavenders, and very impressive." Meadowdale just never disappoints. My own little version of things out in the wilderness.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! Yesterday Lola and Bug also latched onto the shopping bags after I came back from the store. Sure didn't take them long to rip them apart. :lol: :lol: :lol: It was the first time I have seen Lola fly into the bag so that it scoots across the floor. :lol: :lol: :lol: This paper bag thing is becoming a highlight of my Caturday morning. ;-) Elsa ventured out once, but didn't stay long. She's really not a fan of cold, unless sun is involved. She is a wise old gal: soaks up the sun, comes in for her fleece bed naps, or my squishy down comforter. She loves that comforter. Bug was the instigator of the kitty marathons yesterday. He was after Lola bug time, even had her cornered a few times. They have these tumbling rolls, paws wrapped around each other, all over the floor. Bug would stop and stare at her as if to say: "More?". Lola would look back whit that "Only on my terms" look. :lol: :lol: Yesterday I cleaned out my frig... long over due. I had the door open so long,and well I didn't think that Lola probably was on top of that door, and I clsoed it a little too fast. She fell off, landed with a thunk on the floor. :shock: Freaked me out. She stood up, looks at me with that "seriously?" look, meows this dainty little meow, and then sauntered off. Sheshhh. Guess she was OK. Grew a few gray hairs on that one.... YUPP,

Have a great day everyone! I'm not too sure what will be here today. I had hoped to hike, but the weather report is not all that favorable, even snow in the forecast for the mountains, close to a foot or so. Well... Just might do a local one here. I need to start spending sometime with early Christmas shopping - order that which has to be ordered.... I cannot believe how quickly it all is coming.... HO HO HO!

Poor Lola. I'm glad she was okay. She was probably fascinated by you cleaning out the fridge. I love hearing how they play with the paper bags you bring home.

I'm glad you got to get out for a short hike yesterday, even if it was close to home.

You describe your kitties antics so well, I can picture it in my mind :lol: :lol: I am happy that Lola was not traumatized over her fall, probably more embarrassed.

I have to say, I just love your outdoor photos but they make me so darn homesick. The scenery is the same as home and I honestly don't know if I will ever get used to SK. I miss the hikes and sites and well everything. It is just so nice to see the pictures that are taken that day because I can remember and kinda pretend that it is what I am seeing outside. :smile:

:lol: At Lola falling off the fridge! Glad she was ok, but jeez that cat is everywhere :lol: I guess even if you miss a Saturday shopping day you will have to pretend and put the bags out so the kitties don't miss their little tradition :lol:

And oh yes! Christmas shopping! Honestly I havent even thought about mine! I am never this behind, but with all the life changes I have lost control of my days :lol: Better get my poop in a group and hit the online shopping sites!!

Morning all! Elsa has been busy! I ave returned to this PC only to find a hot cup of waiting for me.... what would we do without our resident barista?

Morning Carla I think so too on Lola: total fascination. She will do that: anytime I am working she is right there, has to be in the middle of it. :lol: :lol: Well, she is fine this morning, so All is well. M<e too on those paper bags. Both she and Bug love them. THX - These local hikes at home are nice, don't mind doing them at all, and feel lucky that there are options close to the house.

Hi Jane ahh...good! Visualization is possible then. Me too on Lola, and I am sure she was... embarrassed that little miss agile wasn't so agile. well all is well today, and I wonder if she will return to her frig door perch, or have second thoughts. ;-) Knowing Lola, she will probably be back. THX on today, nice and mellow so far... lol and yes on that holiday shopping/planning. :roll:

Morning Kim Hey - THX on the pics. I'm glad that you like them. I love photos just for the reason you talk about: we can travel just about everywhere, via pretending, visualizing, imagining and remembering what it is like there. THX on Lola, i should have seen her up there, but didn't. She was so quiet... but all is well, and she is fine. This is true on those bags! I left them out, and heard them early this morning playing in them, sliding across the floor again. :lol: :lol: . I so hear you on the holiday/christmas shopping. I too am usually well n my way, done by Turkey day, so that December is free for holiday things, festivities. way behind this year.... :roll: LOVE THIS: "Better get my poop in a group and hit the online shopping sites!!" - that will be me today too. :razz: THX on today - we are off to a good start.

Morning Everyone! I decided to take off early this morning, hike the trails to the shore. The skies were clear, and one could see the makings of an awesome sunrise. So off I went. What an absolutely gorgeous morning to be out on the trails. I had hoped to make the sunrise at the shore, missed that my 15 minutes, but did catch the tail end of it all. We are cold here, 31 when I headed on out. I love what frost does to things... the transformation. On my way home I managed to hit the trail when the sun was finally able to make it's way through the trees. That was incredibly pretty. What an awesome morning. Meadowdale just never disappoints. Enjoy the photos. There are some train videos in there too - those I took for Nicholas. he's come to look forward to what trains I see on these Sunday morning walks I do. I will post the main album in tomorrow's condo. Have a great afternoon everyone. Time for me to spend a little time with that online shopping.... :roll:

Morning Josie I AGREE! Paper bags and kitties are the best. These two have such fun with it. Elsa could care less. I don't ever remember Mannie being much of a bag kitty either. He missed out! Me too on Lola. And too funny on the thought of a cape, but right you are. Maybe it would help her fly better. :lol: :lol: THX on today - been great so far.
