Sorry I've been MIA for a couple of days :roll: Busy caretaking and had a headache yesterday :roll:
But Hoot has been good. Some pretty high bounces, but some nice green numbers too :mrgreen:
Don't ya wish we could have the one without the other?? Liver Training 101 ;-)
All 5 P's, appy and attitude are great. He has been drinking a bit more water but I am just assuming thats because of his higher bounces lately.
Should I be concerned? He is acting and feeling great :-D

I hope Hoot keeps suring those greens for you. Furball drinks more water when she is in those higher numbers.

Twice also drinks more when in the higher numbers and hardly at all when lower.

Hi Pam,

Looks like Mr. Hoot is surfing for you now - he cleared that bounce quickly :-D

If Hoot is acting/feeling fine, I wouldn't worry too much about drinking more when his numbers are high. Cleo had stopped drinking a lot when she was consistently low (and close to being OTJ). But, then she started again, and when she went in for her regular vet check/blood work, she came up with the start of CKD. So, if it continues when Hoot is low, maybe then check it out with vet?

I figured it was just his higher numbers and because he is feeling so good I'm not to concerned...just noticing.

I'm so glad that Hootie is feeling great...it does seem that the bounces bother us beans more than it bothers the kitties! I hope that headache is gone and you're getting in some good R&R...have a great night, Pam!

Hi Pam,
I think that higher numbers can tend to make cats drink more. Rusty almost never drinks water, but when he does, it is because his numbers are high. So ju.st keep an eye on your boy and keep track of his drinking patterns.
