She's ok . She got a tsp of HC 25% wet food, Soulistic nautical nirvana tuna and skipjack, which she LOVES and is trying her best to con me into getting more! She's usually not very affectionate but the little con artist becomes so sweet and rubs up against me for HC food lol.

Happy thanksgiving Angela. Our calicos are drama queens for sure and choose to be affectionate when they want something. Looks like you are handling it with cool calmness.
Having a diva diabetic kitty myself, had you given any thought to getting a test at +2? It might be a way for you intervene a little earlier vs having to drag Cali out of the 30s.

[Un]Fortunately, its not my first dive into the 30s. Today Cleo is thankful for High Carb food.
Hopefully she holds the reduction this time!
@Sienne and Gabby (GA) I actually couldn't find her this morning for the +2. Like you said (on this condo and all the others you've posted on) its the crystal ball, especially since she was flat last night and lower this morning. I've been toying with feeding the curve with my diving-bouncing diva. Today, I fed higher end LC (8%) at shot time with a tsp of MC gravy (11%) and again at +1ish in anticipation of an active cycle. I think I may have overfed her into a food nap
which is why she was "missing" (in the laundry basket under the clean sheets fresh from the dryer) until the +3.5 snack. If you have any other suggestions, I would love to hear them.

What I ended up doing with Gabby was spreading out her meals over the first 2 - 3 hours of the cycle. I would test and feed at +1 and +2 and sometimes +3 given that her nadir was typically at around +3 or +4. It was a way to keep her numbers propped up.
