11/23 Tibbs +6 44 + 6.5 66 amps 201 - +5 388 & we bounce

So i get up to go to work and check his +6 44 !!!!!!! so i freak out because i have to leave for work.
I gave him breakfast and tested at 6.5 and he is 66 . i had to leave for work so i left out a ton of wet food
and young again dry for him. I will run home at 10am to check on him. Does this mean i should reduce his
amps at noon today? He is on 1.5 now. 1.25 ? or 1 ? thank you

Yes Ma'am, he just earned himself a dose reduction of .25 So drop back to 1.25u

he totally caught me by surprise. i haven't been able to test on the pm cycle for a few days and woah........ 44 ?????
could that be why is going so high. he has been bouncing from the low pm cycles?

Very possible, that is what makes this dance so tricky to figure out where the numbers are coming from when we can only do the limited testing. Since you're off on Monday perhaps running a curve might fill in some of the mystery that is Tibbs?

yes i will try to do that curve. and i will def be getting pm cycle numbers. that boy scarred the you know what out of me this morning.
Just called DH and Tibbs is doing fine. DH is not good at testing and he will shoot if he absolutely has to ( so far he only had to do it once) but at least he is home and can check on him and 911 me if there is a problem. so far, Tibbs is doing great ---- it's just his mother who needs the tranquilizer. lol

Tibbs is just now starting to be a little squirmy at shot time, like the lantus is bothering him - maybe stinging a bit but this just started about 3 days ago.
i wonder why after all this time.

his amps was 201 but i had to leave food out so it was food influenced. Gave reduced 1.25

He's getting squirmy because he's finally getting into and staying longer in lower numbers. HE FEELS BETTER!!! :lol: :lol:

Now Tibbs if only your numbers would settle down for your momma. I love it when remi is being naughty as he is back to his old self. Nowadays I really have to try hard to get the insulin into him and he is just too busy nosing about the house to stop and be a good boy.
