If anyone went shopping last night, I hope you made it home safely with all body parts intact! Shasta and I spent a lovely Thanksgiving together, most of it was with her on my lap. Neither of us wanted to get out of bed this morning...nice and warm and snuggly. Liking her pre-shot better than the past few days, but her slide down seems awfully slow so far! I would like to venture out to a few stores (I know...I'm crazy). Not that I'll end up buying anything, but it's always nice to look and touch and then come home and order online!

Appy seems ok today. I held off the miralax today because I was concerned that her butt problems yesterday were caused by a little too much miralax. I'll check her LB in a bit. (she's warming my legs right now!) There was a VERY sassy squirrel outside the window this morning and I swear at one point, I thought it was going to jump on the window sill for an up close and personal meet and greet with my VERY sassy Shasta cat! She was definitely in hunt mode...I count that as play!

Ok, I'm going to check a few online ads and then check her BG for a +4. Hope everyone is happy and stuffed from yesterday's feast. Stay safe today if you go shopping. Many blessings to Roni, Brad & Moonie and special blessings to Alexa and Zack. My heart continues to break for you. xo

I have no patience to spend 45 minutes in line for $3 shirts and $15 pants!!! I spent 0 minutes waiting in line to buy 3 scarves and 2 bras! woo-hoo! That was the extent of my shopping in the real world. Now to find the real deals online!!!

As for the squirrel, I can do without that kind of excitement...not even sure Shasta can handle that excitement! She would have FREAKED OUT! Oh my! Hope you guys had a good day!!!

Hi Deborah - I so wish Mannie was a lap kitty. Long ago he was, then kinda just stopped. I think I shall work on getting him back on the lap. Shasta had a nice day today, with great numbers tonight. Nice too on the shopping! mine is ll online, if I can... I just can't deal with the malls and the lines an all those crazies out there. :lol: :lol:

Michelle, you need to get that big boy to be a lap cat again. Bribe him! But with carb free treats...no need to encourage high numbers...our kitties do that all on their own! Hope you guys have a lovely evening! Good night!
