Yesterday's Condo

Good Morning, everyone!

Well, it's not a repeat of yesterday, but it's not the 300s, either! We're having a good morning and are looking forward to a good day. Not much to say - Rufus isn't particularly exciting in the morning. :lol: (I've been sitting here, staring at my laptop, and can't come up with anything else to add; with Rufus zonked out on his testing chair I don't think he has anything else to say, either.)

I demand a good day to be had by all.
