Yesterday was a lovely day cycle followed by a bounce to pink which slid down to yellow. This morning we broke our record streak of 4 blue PMPS in a row. But I'll take the low yellow as a bounce recovery. :-D

We had a lovely night with both kitties on the bed with us. Neko only occasionally joins us in bed of her own initiative, but if I put her on bed, she is quite happy to stay there all night. The window replacement guys are back again today. :cry: They have to redo one small window and hadn't finished the windows in the rec room where I camped with the kitties yesterday. Paws crossed today is a much shorter day. The cats do get quite restless being in the same room all day. This morning after breakfast, Neko went downstairs and parked herself in the rec room beside where the autofeeder had been yesterday. :lol: Smart kitty, but I mixed it up today by moving it to another room.

My heart goes out to Alexa today and her loss of the wonderful Reuben.

Congrats on the great cycle yesterday, sorry about the bounce but hopefully you see some nice numbers today! Good luck with the window guys, hope Neko doesn't get too stressed. Have a great day!

Saw your comment on our condo last night asking how I knew she'd come down yesterday.

Of course, part of it was speculation but what I saw was she came down on 11/18 pm cycle due to the depot. But the fur shot that morning had to affect a cycle somewhere and since her depot is larger due to the dose, it would be likely to affect a cycle a day or so later (a larger dose can affect up to six subsequent cycles). I think by mid cycle 11/19, you were seeing that effect but also restoring the depot so she came down a bit that night but then bounced. She did get into some blue through the am cycle of 11/21 but it looks to me like that might still have been a bounce. Gracie will often look like she's clearing and come into blue but then go back up....actually, I see lots of kitties doing that.

Neko finally cleared on the night of 11/21 with the green; I think 122 @ +8 and 140 @ AMPS the next day looks pretty flat as opposed to ll/18 and 11/19 pm cycles where she was in the low hundreds and went up to the 170s.

I'm glad she had such a great cycle yesterday and that the window dudes will be DONE today. :-D

Flat yellow, but I expect she might go down a little later. The window guys said 15 more minutes until they are done. Kitties are camped by the door of the room, they really want OUT!

@Michelle - Anytime Neko bounces to just pink, that is progress! Considering she got down to the 50's, it's quite amazing for her. The cats are more than ready to get their house back and the power tool noises to stop.

@Marje - Thanks for your explanation, it makes sense. I have to start thinking more about patterns over the long term and up to 6 cycles back and flatness of cycles. I'm still having difficulty thinking of 3.5 units as being a large dose. :lol: I guess it's all relative! But I still believe you have amazing crystal ball capabilities. :-D

And we have blue! Neko and Theo were SO relieved when the noisy men left. Then DH got out the power drill/screwdriver and we started putting back the blinds. :shock: But we don't clomp around the house, so they were OK with that noise. I went outside to cleanup stuff around the windows and Neko joined me. She took off after something in the backyard and enjoyed herself out there for 1/2 hour. The rain has stopped. She hasn't been out much the last few days because by the time the guys were gone, it was dark.

Hey Wendy!
Thanks for the link to the walking jacket. It looks like it's much better designed for a cat. Ollie wears the bunny harness because i've spent too much time climbing fences, dashing through neighbor's yards and crawling through the briars and the brambles when he decides he's going over the fence and explore. BUT the bunny harness is designed for a bunny so it's not perfect. I'm soooo in on the cat walking jacket!!!

Hi Wendy - What a nice day for Neko. I am with you - I will take a bounce to yellow any day. :-D Yesterday sure was a nice - such pretty greens. :mrgreen: :cool: Looks like a perfect Zener slide today.

I so bet you are glad that the windows done. Sounds like quite the project. Love the story about Neko going to the spot the auto feeder was before, Smart kitty indeed!

So nice that the rains have stopped for you. Not here,... still coming down. Sunday we may get a break. Sure hope so!

There goes that darn delayed bounce again. It seems that it shows up 2-3 cycles after a low point. I was so hoping last night was it. We had gone 10 cycles without a red, which is pretty good for Neko. The red surprised me, normally if Neko is in high pinks she is very vocal about dinner but wasn't tonight.

@Mary - the regular harnesses are thin straps and don't work so well. I liked the walking jacket also because it was easy to get cats into. Pretty simple design, but you do have to make sure it's snug or they'll bust out. I tried taking Theo out in one and he freaked and somehow got out. He doesn't show much interest in the outside so stays in now.
Oliver - it looks like I pulled too hard and ricocheted on past. Can you pull down me too now?

@Michelle - I'm afraid the slide got aborted and Neko went looking for Mannie. That darn delayed bounce again, just when I was hoping we'd shape up for another nice day like yesterday. I am so glad the windows are done. The old ones just sucked the heat out of the house, so it's a long overdue project. After dinner, Neko went to where the autofeeder went this morning. Tricked her again! :lol: Now it's back in the kitchen as per normal. Sunday looks dry for us too.
Mannie - I'm coming up to find you. Oops, you're not here any more. My turn to need the ropes.
