Hey Julie! I wonder about her dropping so quickly though after her meals? And also about such high preshot numbers? Does the depot not last as long than the typical 12 hours its is supposed to?

Mary Grace is happy, purring and preening! Still pooping outside the box (I am fanatic about keeping it clean so I can't figure this out), Urinating about the size of an orange, not drinking as much water as she has been! She was snuggled up with me but civvie Kitten Cow butted her out of the way. I love it when they all can share me and all curl up around me!! Heaven.....

Sounds like she is feeling good! :-D Is she pooping just outside of her lb or far from it? I had to put a smaller lb in the bedroom Twice has been camping out in and he poops outside of it....hangs his butt over the side and voila! It's clearly too small for that kind of action. Wonder if Mary Grace has the same issue?

She poops right around the litter box either right beside it, or a few feet away. Ive seen her do it many times and she goes to that area (carpet of course ; ) ) and scatches around as if it were litter. I put plastic under the lb and occasionally thats where she will do it. The lb is extra large and I dont have a top on it.
I am amazed at how quickly she has adapted to having her bs testing! Such a relief. :smile: :-D

Just got a +2 and it was 333. Better than 666 right? :twisted:

Isn't it crazy that they become so accepting of the tests? I asked Twice once if it was because he knows mama is just trying to keep him healthy and safe. The whole time he just purred & gazed lovingly...at the treat bag :roll:

:lol: :lol: :lol: Too funny Kim... same thing here, as I whispered that mama was doing this for her and that she has seen me do it to myself zillions of times, she blinked and meowed as she looked... at the treat bag! Funny thing is that my civvies come to test time--every time--and wait under us (we test on the kitchen counter) as if waiting for me to tell them her number!
 
i'm in the Willamette Valley, in Oregon, and yes it is FREEZING! we're getting night time lows around 20. moved all my fuschias onto our front porch, which is sheltered and covered them up with plastic to try to keep them from completely croaking!

i don't know what's up with that dive between preshot and +2 - that's what made me wonder if maybe the dose was too high. perhaps it's just her pattern. some cats are divers, but the others i've seen don't dive quite like this. it's not something i'm an expert on, however. i'll be on and off the board all day tomorrow and will look and see what you get for her numbers. others may have ideas about it as well.

laughing about the treat stories. smart kitters! i work for treats too! :lol:
