Wow! Cini is starting that day off green with a nice 87 on the AlphaTrak at AMPS time. Needless to say I will not be giving him an insulin injection this morning (and I was practicing again, too!)

I have to leave at 10am (in 2 hours) for the entire day so this is a nice way to start off the day :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Got home in time to do a +9 and it was 164 on the AlphaTrak.


I also bought a Relion Comfort meter today. I'm going to start using it in conjunction with the AlphaTrak tomorrow and eventually phase the AlphaTrak out. It cost me less than what I pay for the test strips for the AlphaTrak alone to buy the Relion and 100 test strips for it! ohmygod_smile

that 191 isn't too bad considering he didn't get a shot this morning. if you shot, you would call it a PMPS to indicate that you did give insulin.
