AMPS 76 shooting 2.0u

I'm having trouble getting Boomer to eat today. He has such little appy when his numbers are low! I managed to get about 3/4 serving in at AMPS but had to try 3 or 4 foods to make it happen.

+3 61 I went out, DH was here to monitor and test. I got home just after +3 and once again he wasn't eating. I got him to eat maybe 1/4 helping and I gave him some chicken pieces. I think I'll give him some SEB. He did throw up some bile early morning before AMPS.

I will post a photo in a while.....I went to three places this morning since it's actually sunny out! The first place was a bust. The second place was a park along our river and I thought it was going to be a bust too but on the way out I spotted a pair of Bald Eagles. It was a horrible shot but luckily they flew and gave me much better opportunities! Then I left that park and went to the cemetery where the Great Horned Owls have been spotted (they stay year around but its difficult finding them) and I managed to find both of them! The one likes sitting in a spot of sun; the other one hides in the shadows.

For the rest of today......some chores around home :p my daughter and her family are coming for dinner tomorrow (delayed from last weekend when I felt we were very contagious). I may go out again later today; maybe another snowy owl hunt? lol. DH and I are feeling better although we both still have bad coughs.

I hope Boomer surfs safely for you today. Maybe he'll have more appetite later. I noticed the same thing with Moey and Ittle. Decreased appetite with lower numbers. Unless they #'s were dropping rapidly, then their appetites were that of a growing teenage boy.:) Enjoy your dinner with your family tomorrow...it's always time well spent!

I think today Boomer's tummy is a bit upset as well.
 
Boomer you need to eat! I used SEB for the first time yesterday, it seems to work great!
Love the Eagle photo! We don't usually see them around here, but DH spotted one many years ago and got a pic, not the quality of yours though.

Thanks Jill! We have a pair that nest near our river, luckily at my end of the city! I love seeing them; such magnificent birds!

And I tried 3 foods and he finally ate most of a serving of the third food. I had also put some clearlax in it; I had stopped giving it to him a couple of days ago because his poops were really wet. Now he's having what we like to refer to as "mcnuggets" lol so that may be why he's not feeling his best today.
 
Boomer is the third kitty (so far) not eating this morning. I gave Ravan slippery elm. He vomited clear fluid & will not not eat at all?? Something going around with our kitties???

And again I had trouble getting him to eat. Gave him the food that he ate earlier today, nope he didn't want that. I finally got him to eat a bit of ff and some weruva from a spoon.
