Well the number is not to bad for her PMPS at least she is not in the red or purple or black, so am happy about that. I gave Tested her, fed her LC food and gave her 1.75u as normal. So will check her in about +3hrs.

I have a question (of course I have a question don't I always! LOL). In regards to giving the insulin injection. I am a medical assistant in a Dr's Office so am use to giving injections to people of course, and I have no problems giving China her injection, but I read somewhere while doing some research that it's best to give injection in the side of their body then in the scruff of the neck, because it suppose to work faster that way. Is this OK to do or should it be in the scruff of the neck?

You can give her the injections in the sides too. There are some who say that the scruff shots absorb slower than the sides. I just started shooting on the sides when J.D.'s scruff skin got too tough.

Well it was nice while it lasted !! She is back up at 391 I was hoping to get her to stay in the 200 or lower. But this is normal for her she always runs high at night and sometimes in the AM. I am just going to let her be for the rest of the night, and see how the number is in the AM with her AMPS number.

Thanks for the advice Dayna about shooting in the side, I am going to start doing just so I can switch between the two spots.
