It's best if you can test, feed and shoot within 15 minutes with Lantus. What was his AMPS?

Please let me know if this should be alright on his first day of Lantus to see how it goes. I know his numbers may look wonky but I will ignore for the next few days.

Good morning Giselle! Happy to see you've started Lantus today. You can feed Triton when he's hungry - anytime up until 2 hours before his next shot - that's the only time food should be removed so that the pre-shot test won't be influenced by food.
Also, if you could please - edit your title to say 11/22 Triton AMPS 556 - ? Dosing help. Otherwise we'll all get confused about what day this question is from - and tomorrow set up a new condo/thread with a new date. If you'll notice each of us is allowed only one thread per day and each day we start with the date and kitties name and AMPS reading - you can edit it all day and add the new test result numbers to make it easier for people to follow along.
Hoping you'll start to see those numbers come down soon

I think your testing schedule sounds good for the first day unless you see a dramatic drop.
