[Mary and Sumo]

Morning, increasing Sumo's dose to 1.75 and will get readings through out the day. Something strange happened this AM. After dosing Sumo, a few minutes later I stroked my hair to get it away from my face and I felt something "wet" Not alot wet, but a damp spot. I tried to smell my fingers for the scent of insulin, and I did smell a trace of it.?? I have never shot a fur shot, or had the needle go thru the his skin and shoot out the other side. Sooooo.... why the wet hair??? I guess Sumo's numbers today will tell the tale !

Everybody does a fur shot at some time. Maybe there was a drop of insulin on the outside of the syringe. As you say, the numbers will tell. Good luck!

Hi guys ... yeah everybody has done a fur shot once or twice .. We always said lantus smelled a lot like bandaids .. We always knew when we did a fur shot .. hopefully numbers today will prove otherwise! Have a great day!

I've smelled insulin on Zener when I was sure it wasn't a fur shot. Hard to tell. Have a great day!
