Happy Thanksgiving LL friends & kitties!
I am very thankful for this board and the wonderful people of LL land! Thank you ALL for the friendship, advice, and humor. I do not believe that Shasta (nor myself) would be doing as well today if it were not for this board and it's great people! Thank you!
Miss Shasta started the day in the pinks :roll: but has slid quite nicely into the greens. We went back to bed after pre-shot and breffis. When we got up, that's when things turned ugly. After a little LB action, there was a butt scoot across the carpet, followed by an anal sac check w/ some expression and lots of nastiness (should have trimmed her nails first, did it at the end...a few scratches later...nothing deep). About 10 minutes later, after another attempt in the LB, there was more butt scooting and more anal sac expressing. :YMSIGH: Definitely not thankful for all of that, but very thankful for a forgiving kitty that has been snuggling in my lap for the past few hours watching the Macy's Day Parade. She just enjoyed the breeze coming in the windows and now is back in my lap! OH, and I'm getting some purrs! ;-)
Sorry I missed a few responses to my condo last night. Marje, glad Shasta and I can make you smile with our antics! And we don't even have to try...it's all natural!
Ann, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one that gets ousted from my seat! :lol: I tried to take a picture of it yesterday (see below), but my arms aren't long enough and I only had my iPhone so the quality isn't the greatest...but you get the picture! lol! I'm not sure if I finished my paper yesterday. I think I did, but most likely, I'll go back and work on it some more this weekend. :YMSIGH:
