Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (LOTS!, DGS recovery mode, and just cuz I LOVE ~O) ), and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
LL beans! It is I!, Mannie, kitteh barista! For today I proudly offer triple shot espressos, with beans from Yemen Arabian Mocca Coffee Plantations, and for all my mocha fans: a gingerbread infused mocha/ white mocha blend, with Ginger whip, garnished with lemon zest, white chocolate curls, and caramelized ginger crystals. WHOAAAAA!, and super good! and just for all my customers who are not ginger fans: Pumpkin spice latte! only the best for my customers!

Yesterday was...... BLUE DAY in MannieLand. Well, at least the morning cycle was. :cool: YAY!!!! The PM cycle found him back in the yellows.... :roll: Rumor has it though that the Blue Mannie Group was found jammin' live on the snow covered peaks high in the mountains... and on the bus... even if it was a short lived performance. Well done Mannie!!! I sure like those blues. It was nice to see you find them again. Maybe we can try for that again today... Mannie did well yesterday- we had a blue day and that is great. Slowly he is settling back into the better numbers. Each cycle, though not great, is a bit better than the one before it. As always - it is on his agenda, and I try to keep up with him. All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Even the weather has improved some. :razz: :razz: So much so that The Nanner King ventured out into the yard yesterday in between rain squalls and wind gusts. He really must have missed being able to make his rounds... He went out, and was MIA for 30 minutes. :shock: sheshhhhh.... I hate it when he does that. :? Can't say I blame him though - those thirty minutes were a time of a few sunbreaks, and any kitty has to take advantage of that. I would love to know where he goes after he's made the rounds, checks the perimeter, secures the yard... I suspect he's sitting under a plant, ignoring his bean, hides enough so I can't see him. Just like he was that one time I looked 45 minutes ad finally found him sitting right next to where I was looking, never said a word, not even one meow. ;-) Cats! you gotta love 'em. DGS and Mannie got along great yesterday too - greetings for "Man-NIE" and a few pets, and full inventory nanner delivery. AWESOME ! Mannie waited to for all of the to be delivered, then went to sleep on the delivered pile. :lol: :lol: :lol: Nicholas was happy to see him do that: clap, clap, clap Man-NIE. :-D This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and lots of cuddles. Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I hope everyone enjoys their holiday festivities. We will be at DD, DSIL, and DGS's for Turkey dinner. YAY! I don't have to cook! :cool: :lol: :razz: :razz:

Hey everybody! It is THANKSGIVING! How about we celebrate, have our own Turkey dinner? We could have it in the tree house, or maybe Rusty's barn, or I dunno - anywhere! Maybe we could even cook it all on the bus,then make a road trip, visit all out friends, and share what we have cooked. I kinda like the last option. What'd'ya guys think? You in? Let me know, I am ready for anything!, especially turkey! ~ Mannie

Morning Michelle, it looks like mannie did have a nice day yesterday and Blue Grotto, too. Looks like he wants to give you permission to spend Thanksgiving with the kids and DGS today. How cool you don't have to cook! :-D I saw on TWC where you all will have btter weather today. That is so funny how Mannie disappears and ignores when you call him. Sometimes I lose Maggie in the apartment, and she's nearby and just staring and wondering why i don't see her. :lol: Cute pics of DGS! The Children's Museum sounds like a fun place for him.

Mannie, thank you for my coffee ~O) ~O) and Espresso delivery. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is one of my fav drinks this time of year. Auntie Ann

p.s. looks like the childrens' museum will be a good option for those colder winter days. The water chimes look neat.

Mannie did do well yesterday. It was nice to see those blues. It will be more than interesting to see how he does today, since he will have to come with us to my DD's :shock: Yes, our weather has improved alot, and we should have a "dry" day today. I so hope so. There are so many people traveling, and food weather would be one less issue. -- I know on Mannie and his outdoor hiding. Drives me crazy! :lol: Once in a while he will do that indoor too. I can hunt and hunt and never find him - then will walk into a room, find him sitting there with that" you rang?" look. :lol: -- Yes too on the children's museum - he really did enjoy it. it will be a good indoor option for those way too rainy days...

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O) Thanks, it will be good: nice and relaxing, and I hope Mannie will travel well, as he has to come with us, as his shot time etc is right at the beginning of dinner time. :? It is nice not to have to cook! And so I told Mannie - down, so you can enjoy all the good fuds. Hopefully he will. :-D And yes on the children's museum. The water chimes there were really cool. They also had one section that worked the same way with mounted drums,. He liked that one just as well as the water chimes. We spent alot of time there. :-D :cool:

Hi again Michelle,
I'm so enjoying seeing Nicholas. He always seems to be having such fun! I'm trying to stick a lullaby on this post for Nicholas. It's my mom and her sisters singing one of the songs they used to put all of us kids to sleep at family reunions. The kids would be tucked in all over the place and then all 6 moms would sing until we went to sleep.

I enjoy him too, as it is as you describe - always enjoying whatever he is up to at the time. He is one happy little guy. Hi Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) Yupp, food spike as normal, and now I hope he decides that the lower floors are better. Paws crossed. :-D Oh yes on a whole new house to explore - a new cats! Ought to be interesting.... :shock: ;-) That children's museum was good. ALot of stuff that was not his thing, but alot that was too. He loved those water chimes. They also had drums that worked the same way. Very fun for him. It is located in Factoria, just south f Bellevue proper. Huge shopping mall there: the museum occupies a corner of the complex. i LOVED that video - now that is very cool.

Mannie, you only get turkey samples if you see some blue! Thought maybe I'd try a different kind of threat for him. :lol: At least he is giving you a chance to relax and not worry about him today. Have a great dinner cooked by someone else! Travel well Mannie - you are NOT going to the vet today.

I have heard about the children's museum before. I've seen it listed as one of the family must-visit places down there. It sounds quite similar to our Science World. Kids of all ages have a blast.

Hi Wendy - I like that threat! no Turkey for the Nanner King unless he shoes us dome blues. Mannie - you hear that? And it is true... we should be able to travel with him, no worries. Right Mannie? I will have to remember to tell him over and over that this is not a vet trip.... I so hope he listens. :-D OH WOW - on hearing about the Children's Museum. I had no clue that it was listed as one of the must see for kids. Cool! He sure did have fun while he was there.

WHAT A RIDE!! And we were SO CLOSE to the greens!! ONE POINT! Can I count it anywyas? Mannie did well, for being in a strange place, and a little stressed. I never know what I will get when that happens: numbers either rise, or they fall. Today they fell, rather dramatically. I was glad I packed every kind of food for any possibility. sheshh! :lol: :lol: He was a little anxious when we were there, but over all did ok. I dread tomorrow's bounce, which I suspect we will get....

HI Barb - thx - it really was a nice time. I don't normally take him unless there is no other alternative. Today there wasn't and he had to go. He was a little on edge, on high alert, not really agitated or scared, just on high alert. We kept him in the bathroom, brought his bed toys nanner etc. All in all he did well, but is very glad to be home.
