Josie is at 160 this morning, way lower than she has been. Not sure why.

I hope it is a good thing, that she is naturally at that number, and it isnt a bounce or drop or whatever.
I wont be home again for a few hours but will test again then.

Whenever you get a lower than usual number and shoot, you need to get a +1 and a +2.

is there any possibility in your schedule of moving the shot time earlier so that there's more time between the shot and when you have to leave for work?

No. As long as the shot times have to be 12 hours apart, the current times plus or minus 30 minutes are the only times I can always be home 12 hours apart. Several times a week I dont get home til 10:30 pm, which means thaat her pm shot has to be at 11. the other days i am home earlier, but it has to be the same time all the time.
i could change her morning one too, a few hours earlier, but then it wouldnt be 12 hours apart.

I will try to get another reading in a few hours.
( i dont go to a traditional 9-5 job, which is what makes it so hard. i am on disability leave myself, and care for a chronically ill family member who lives cross down, so I have to bus an hour each direction when it is my "shift" to watch her.)

I know it can be difficult when you have schedule conflicts. I would try to shoot at 10:30/10:30, and then the nights that you aren't home until 10:30, just shoot as soon as you can when you get home. You can move shots by up to 30 minutes per day. That would give you a little more time in the morning, right? That way, maybe you can get an out the door test...maybe +1? Any testing is better than no testing. What do you think?

If she's at 103 @ +2, I would get another test no later than +3. Whenever your +2 is significantly lower than your PS, that's a sign that there may be an active cycle ahead....

yes, she has access to food. she is just chilling out on the bed with her brother, acting normal.
My aunt is going to be with my grandma later, so I will be able to get tests after + 6 or so.
