I know I haven't been catching the large drop between +1 and +2 so maybe we go higher at that time and then back off to a 10%?

Been mulling things over after yesterday's spectacular fail. The only plus of the day is that we know what doesn't work and we found it out quickly. Knowledge is knowledge. Not great, but not a total loss.

I think we should go with your suggestion about starting with 10% carbs early in the cycle and only bring out the big guns later if required.

If it's early in the cycle, try feeding a few tsps 10% when he starts to drop. Do keep testing every 30 minutes because that gives you the opportunity to change tack sooner if needed.

I think he’s running hi from all the hc being used to prevent the drops. If you stop the hc I would not increase yet.

If you find you need to resort to hc to prevent drops, the dose will then have to be increased. I would not want him in high numbers much longer.
