Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 48

Dad calls and asks if I was in his room and took the bills (he doesn't get any there). Started rambling making no sense. Says some one has been waking him at 4 or 4:30 AM last couple of days but no one is there when he sits up. Then he says he's seeing ghosts.

Ollie spit up last night. Looks like she had strained in the box and usually that causes her to vomit. Then a while later she was digging in the box in our bedroom (there because of construction) and it stunk and was loose. Found more spit up. I did not sleep well, kept hearing noises. Hopefully cabinet people won't be long today and I can have a long nap.

Ollie on defensive this morning. Big bru ha ha with PJ and Tux. Don't know if Ollie was coming out of lb and PJ ambushed or not. But they mixed it up. Then Tux was sniffing her back while she drank water and she started hissing and growling.

Yesterday a bald eagle landed in the tree across the street. Seeing it more often now. It was checking out the skunk road kill. This morning a porcupine sauntered across our back yard. always see them as road kill around here, never live and in our yard.

Working on some caffeine waiting for the people to arrive.

Sounds like an active day in your household! A nice start for Ollie again.

The eagle I would see twice a year. So far 4 times this year and husband saw it once. There is a small population in a town about 20 minutes from here. There was one where I use to work, hung out in a dead tree on the river. That was 20 minutes in opposite direction.

Nice to see your renos are coming to the end! Your floor is beautiful and the color is very nice, what a change! I have wooden floor and I think it's easier to keep clean than carpet!
Hope you have a chance to rest today and Olive feels better!
 
I hope things settle down with your dad and the kitties. I hope Ollie surfs safely today. That's a good deal on the Revolution. I'll have to check it out.
 
Sorry your about your dad, I'm sure it's frustrating and sad when they get like that. My two have a squabble from time to time too, then in a little while they're bathing each other and cuddling.

Oh dear, Paula - I hope those kitties all settle down - they are too pretty to be fighting. Funny, I don't think of long-hair cats fighting, until I look at my little pissy britches long hair calico! She doesn't fight, but she will mouth off, threatening others before she walks by. Please feel better Ollie:bighug:

Eagles -- extremely exciting to me. We just see hawks, which I also love. I don't remember ever seeing a bald eagle . . . and I've certainly never seen a porcupine!! I just see raccoons, possums and skunks.

Prayers for you and your dad. I saw my dad yesterday all rumpled up, hair uncombed. What an emotional roller coaster.

Guess I will leave her dose alone for now. She seems to work it her way. She "walks" it down as she sees fit.

Didn't get my nap in. They came late morning, I was in middle of paperwork when they finished and I wanted get it done (still doing it now). I let it pile up.
