Yellow and blue today make for a content cat and a relaxed me! I'm always glad to see decent numbers a few cycles after a reduction, when I'm still wondering "can this really be enough insulin?" It's so strange to be below 1 unit now. Papaya was up early but slipped out of the room without me noticing, so I was surprised to be awoken by my alarm and find her already out in the hallway waiting for me. Maybe she wanted to make sure I wasn't going to leave home at 5:30 in the morning like I did yesterday! It was -17 (that's Celsius, obviously) and windchill of -27 today, brrrrrr, so I'm glad I did my travelling yesterday!

Papaya was extra hungry this evening and really polished her plate . . . must be working on some extra winter padding

Yay for numbers going down on the reducie :-D It sounds like she needs that extra padding with the brrrr! But I got some weather news for you. Our forecast says -25 tonight feels like -38 with wind chill and it's coming from the NW, sooooo.....EAT UP PAPAYA!!!
Have a great night Amy and stay warm! Time for our fuzzy jammies.

Looks like Papaya might be thinking green sometime in the near future on this dose. :-D :-D

I'm such a west coast wimp. I was feeling cold raking leaves at 2 above this afternoon. Extra padding for the winter - that's the ticket!
