Well...we have still been struggling with finding a good food and balancing Cosmo’s megacolon, so he has mostly been eating gastro wet - which is super high carb (29%
). We did try a food by the same brand, but not a prescription wet food, and that worked ok. Trouble was that Cosmo loved it and gobbled it up too fast - leaving him starving soon after. We first tried a gravy version, and it wasn’t filling him up, and resorted to gastro wet until we found something better. We have now found a pate that is similar in protein, fat and carb to MD (13-14%), so we are hopeful 
First snack of it was at 4pm an again at PMPS, and he seemed more satisfied...fingers crossed!
