Good Morning, LL,
We didn't have an exciting night like some beans around here (Marjorie & Michelle)! Blackie hung out in the blues until he bounced again. I'm hoping he'll come down soon.

WCR: Blackie is feeling good, eating well and purring a lot. All Ps are in place this morning.

After Blackie ate tonight, his head started twitching. It did it for about a minute. And then I noticed that one eye is dilated more than the other. Anyone know what this is??

I'm obviously not a vet, so I went to Google.

On Tanya's symptom list, both of those could be hypertension. I'm sure there are lots of other things too. Might not be anything but you should probably get it checked out.

His eyes are the same now and it hasn't happened again. I also read that it could be hypercalcemia and he is on Calcitriol. I'll keep an eye on Blackie tonight and I'll call my vet first thing tomorrow.

If you do notice it again, see if you can get a video. It sounds prudent to talk to your vet.

Blackie is acting totally normally, except for taking over the big dog bed in our BR. I' have relaxed a little, but I'm still watchful. I'll update in the am after I've talked to the vet.
