...and Mr Greenie has returned once again  ! Crazy cat, crazy pancreas. Let me tell you, I closed my eyes and held my breath as the meter counted down with that "+4" test, since the last two days she only brought herself down to low blues that were on the high side of being low blue.
Not much to report here in Snuggle City...still hitting numbers I don't love, but she IS consistent....I'll give her that  . She is happy furry purry snuggly feisty with a lumberjack-ette appy. Right now, she has me pinned down with snuggles, preventing me from getting up and exercising. Fortunately yesterday morning's gelcap incident was isolated....last night was better, and this morning's was even better. We just have to have a bad one once in awhile so that we remain humble  !
I'm off today, but have an eye doc appointment....time for some new lenses, that's for sure! No further word on Li'l Bit O'Kitten, and no sign of any other babies or a MommaCat anywhere nearby. I hope the others are safe, wherever they are.
My Dad is just about back to 100% now....looks like the lung infection is a thing of the past. Since his platelets were awesome this past Monday and the only thing preventing treatment was the infection, we SHOULD be good to go with treatment next Monday. It stinks that he'll be crashing for Thanksgiving, but fortunately that's not a big holiday for us anyway. I think he would be way more stressed if he had to skip another week, so at this point crashing is the lesser of the two evils anyway.
Better get myself moving....have a great day, LL!
