I don't know about the reduction. The last couple of days he seems to be running at the top end of the greens and I don't know what to make of it. I keep looking at his spreadsheet to try to find some sort of pattern but I am not sure that I can. I was wondering if because he is at the top of the green numbers it means he isn't ready for the reduction? But perhaps it doesn't work like that.
If I do reduce to 0.25 I will probably wait until Saturday so give it another day at this dose. There isn't anything special I need to do to reduce to 0.25? I digital calipers are tricky to use with the bd micro syringes because of the lip around the needle so I have still been measuring with a metal ruler. I measure 1.5 mm for the 0.50 unit and I have reduced by .5 mm for each reduction so far. So basically I would go to 1 mm for 0.5 lantus.

There is no rush to going to .25U so waiting is fine - unless Remi decides otherwise.

The littler ones on top are used for measuring distances on the inside of things, instead of the outside. Using the smaller arms, the flat side of the arm is on the outside and I line that up against the zero line. It fits nicely under that lip/collar.
