Leroy has heavy growth of coagulase negative Staphylococcus spp. bacteria Licking his butt before the swab obviously didn't help He needs to take an antibiotic for it. The vet prescribed liquid but I asked if there is a pill. Leroy will eat pills.

Leroy will take cefpodoxime for a couple of weeks. A trip to the vet hospital tomorrow just to pick that up, not more rats

Poor Leroy. I'm so sorry you're going through all this! I hope the antibiotics help and he finally gets past this (latest) crisis.

Scuba diving or surfing today Only Leroy knows and he's not saying Dose decrease to 2.25 units. The new generic pen seems to be packing a punch.

Could an increase in inappropriate peeing be hypo related? I've noticed that when Leroy has a PS of green he usually makes a bigger pee mess than usual. Today it was a pee pad on the bathroom counter, a pee pad in front of the litter box, poop on another pee pad, and the oversized pee pad under the litter box had a wet spot. Fortunately the pee pads in the kitchen sink and the one on the dining table remained untouched.
