Back up after 99 pre-meal PM test. Still at 1.5u.
Note that all AMPS tests about 1 hour after she eats her AM meal. I'll try to get a pre-meal test this weekend to see the diff between pre- and post- meal levels.
Lee still floods the box a bit. What else can I be doing (besides more testing throughout the day, which I can do on the weekends), to see about further adjustments to the dose to reduce the flooding? Or is that something I'll have to accept as "typical" diabetic cat behavior?
I'm also nervous about leaving them all at the boarding place again over the holidays. They lost weight the last time they were at the boarding place, which put them at 5 "ideal" on the weight chart. But any add'l weight loss and they will be too thin as none of them have the "cushion" (pardon the pun!) to experience more weight loss. Now granted, they were there for 9 days, they will only be there this time for 4-5 days. But (like most cats) they just don't eat much at all when they are away. They didn't do a few insulin doses on Lee b/c she didn't eat enough or at all.
