Question about reductions, we are doing 3 under 50. Is that 3 overall which would make this 2 or does it reset when we increased to 1.75 which would make this 1?

Wow! What an exciting Sunday!
This would be only 1 drop of 3. The rule is 3 drops between 40 and 50 on 3 separate days (not even 3 separate cycles).

After a year it’s 3 bg under 50 on three different days for those who don’t hold reductions or one drop under 40. This is the first under 50 on this dose so he would need to have a bg under 50 on 1.75 two more days.
