Good morning! Chispa is dancing the limbo into the weekend, just barely making it under the red bar. I've been horrified by her numbers these last few days. She celebrated Halloween with a black square on her patchwork spreadsheet
, the first I've seen since the week she was diagnosed in 2022. I had so hoped to get her regulated again, but maybe it's not in the cards.
In better news, she saw a cardiologist on Wednesday to follow up on a "galloping" rhythm the internist found at her last visit. Don't google it. The vet said she showed signs of early HCM, but so mild that she doesn't need medication at this time. It's something to watch, but not worry about. I'll worry when they tell me to worry.
