Good luck with the dose! I’m sure he is bouncing!
Have you looked at this information on using a calipers to get the right dose in mm?
Info - Dosing with calipers updated w/videos
I have. That's what's got me so worried. Unless I'm mistaken, it says my syringes said it's 3.75, but the real dose is nearly 5u? I think I read that right. I'm using the UltiCare ones. Both confused and a little unnerved by this. But I didn't start dosing by caliper and am not about to start by going backwards now.

Thanks again! I finally got it after you broke it all down for me. I had watched the videos too.
Do either of you know if neosporin is OK? I've read both it's OK and then not.
He's down to 295 after 3hrs. Hoping it's just the bounce. But he does do this to me. Makes 1 night look great, then bounce, then not seeing those good numbers again.🙄

I’m so glad, I know it’s very confusing at first. I was the same 🥰
Bouncing is very normal, especially in the beginning (and my girl is still bouncing after 3 years).
Neosporin isn’t safe for cats, you don’t want them to ingest it.
If it’s on their ear and they use their paw to clean the ear, it’s then on their paw, which they lick 😢

Do you know of an alternative?

That's up to you. Maybe others can chip in, I really don't know if it's recommended or not.
I did not find anything bad on it, we used it on our tattoos before and so we had it laying around for Blue.

I don't know if I have it anymore; but I used to have something for cats that was for open wounds. Would such a thing work for this? Or need something better?
I tried looking on my goofy Walmart app, but they didn't have any of what you'd listed.
